Where does he feel most at home?
The Ankole-Watusi likes to live on the grasslands of Uganda, Rwanda or Burundi along a forest.
What's his favourite food?
They like to eat grasses, leaves, twigs and granes.
Fun fact
The Ankole-Watusi played an important role in the lives of various African tribes such as the Tutsis and Ankole. The cattle gave the tribe food, currency and status. The cattle with the longest horns belonged to the king and were considered sacred. Their horns can be 70 to 110 cm long. The female has the largest horns.
