Bob is one of the many birds of prey that are kept by private individuals in a much too small aviary or even tied up and by circumstances given up or left behind.
Now Bob is sitting in a very spacious aviary where he can stretch his wings and even take a bath once in a while.

Ninox is one of the many birds of prey that are kept by private individuals in a much too small aviary or even tied up. Due to circumstances they are ceded or abandoned. Ninox was brought into a reception center and can now enjoy a new life in De Zonnegloed.
Where does he feel most at home?
The morpork lives in the meadows and trees of New-Zealand.
What's his favourite food?
They like to eat insects, small birds and rodents.
Fun fact
Because the morepork has a dark spot around the eyes with a light edge, it looks like it’s wearing a mask. Hence its nickname ‘masked owl’.
